East Brunswick Women’s Strength & HIIT: Semi-Private Training for Perimenopause & Menopause

If you’re a woman, live in the East Brunswick area and are in your late 30s, 40s, or beyond and finding that the workouts that used to work suddenly don’t anymore — you’re not imagining things.

Perimenopause and menopause bring real hormonal shifts that affect muscle mass, bone density, recovery, energy levels, and fat storage. That’s exactly why I created my new Semi-Private Training program: a smarter, more supportive way to train that works with your body instead of against it.

Why Semi-Private Training?

This is not a large group fitness class and it’s not random workouts thrown together. Semi-Private Training is the next best thing to 1:1 personal training — but at a lower cost.

Each session will be just 3 women, which means:

  • Individualized coaching
  • Personalized modifications
  • Real attention to form, recovery, and progression
  • A supportive, low-pressure environment

It’s ideal if you want structure, accountability, and expert guidance — without getting lost in a class or paying full private training rates.

Designed Specifically for Perimenopause & Menopause

This program is built to help women:

  • Maintain and build lean muscle
  • Protect bone density
  • Improve strength, confidence, and energy
  • Train in a way that respects changing hormones and recovery needs

We focus on strength training, core work, and intelligent HIIT, with built-in rest so you’re challenged — not crushed.

How the Program Works

I’m starting small and intentionally.

To kick things off, I’m looking for 3 women who can commit to training 2x per week, currently scheduled for:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:00am
    (If there’s strong consensus for different days or times, this may be adjusted.)

As demand grows, my goal is to expand and add more sessions to my weekly schedule.

Try It First: Pilot Semi-Private Session

Before committing long-term, I’m offering 2 Pilot Semi-Private Training Session:

  • Tuesday 2/10 at 5:30pm & Wednesday 2/11 @9:00am
  • Cost: $35 per person

This is a chance to experience the structure, coaching style, and vibe before monthly packages open. I have full confidence it’ll be a “hit” (yes, pun intended).

What’s Included in Monthly Packages

After the pilot session, monthly packages will open. Here’s what they include:

2 In-Person Semi-Private Training Sessions per Week (1 hour each)
Sessions will be split between:

  • Strength & core training
  • HIIT with built-in recovery (challenging but sustainable)

1 At-Home Workout Per Week
At a minimum, we should be training 3x per week. This gives you structure even on days you’re not in the gym.

Access to Trainerize App
You’ll have access to all workouts — in-person and at-home — so you can repeat sessions on your own if you want extra movement (which I highly encourage).

Pricing & Important Details

  • $275 every 4 weeks
  • Packages auto-renew
  • No refunds, rollovers, or credits for missed sessions
    (If you miss a session, you can always do it on your own — I’ll modify it based on the equipment you have access to, if any.)

Who This Is (and Isn’t) For

This program is for you if:

  • You can commit to 2 in-person sessions per week
  • You want small-group personal training with real coaching
  • You’re ready to train with intention, not randomness

This is not a good fit if:

  • You’re looking for drop-in workouts
  • You prefer large group fitness classes
  • You can’t commit to consistent weekly training

Location & Logistics

  • Sessions take place in my private garage gym
  • Located in the Apple Tree neighborhood of East Brunswick, between Dunhams Corner Road and Jensen Road
  • Address provided upon sign-up
  • In case of inclement weather, sessions move to Zoom
    (Mostly bodyweight, with options for dumbbells or bands if you have them.)

Age, Injuries & Modifications

You do not need to be 39+ to join. This program is open to women of all ages — the inspiration behind it is helping women as we approach perimenopause navigate hormonal changes through smarter training.

Modifications can always be made. If you have injuries, limitations, or restrictions, we’ll work around them — just note them when you sign up.
